  • Provide endpoint (antimalware, personal firewall, host IPS) and messaging security solution to customers based on their business and technology requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation during pre-sale & post-sale activities such as tender, detailed design, testing & commissioning
  • Evaluate new technologies pertaining to domain of expertise

Job Description:

  • Provide the technical support for all electronic media based corporate communications requirements
  • Responsible for developing and managing the web-based corporate communications for the companies and its affiliates
  • Responsibilities involve transcribing the communications requirements onto the web media

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Web Page Design e.g. Joomla!, Photoshop, Flash (Java experience will be preferred) etc.
  • Experience in creating marketing materials/collaterals (Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat and other document publishing tools will be an advantage)

     


Skills Requirements:

  • Using content management tools such as Joomla and other development tools to create and manage collaborative content for the business units
  • Develop and manage multimedia content for websites (Photoshop, Flash)
  • Develop and manage other web media according to concept
  • Develop creative concepts for the web community and implementation
  • Construct databases for the web community

 

Communications Requirements:

  • The corporate information (external): responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely information on the existing website
  • The corporate operational process Guides: responsibilities include managing the Guides for collaborative use using web-based tools
  • The Product Catalog and brochure development (mostly editing and multimedia support). Copywriting will be a definite advantage although not required

* The right candidate for this job will have good communications and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and previous experience doing web page design.

Job Specification:

 

1.    Has experience in utilizing the MAF military warfare policies and doctrines.

2.    Experience in utilizing the national defense policies and doctrines are an advantage.

3.    Multiple experience in military single service exercises.

4.    Has experience in at least Joint military exercises.

5.    Experience in Combined or Multi-national exercises is an advantage.

6.    Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu verbal and written communication skills.

7.  Self motivated to learn and development to improve the job skills.

 8.  Able to prepare and do presentation.

 9.  Enjoys working with people and helping them to solve the job related problems.

 

 

Job Description:

 

Able to motivate BIT JTLS Team members to perform assigned tasks. Has knowledge on the organisation, structure, assets, asset characteristics and capabilities, military terminologies, MAF military warfare policies and doctrines, and the national defence policies and doctrines.

He also responsible for:-

 

1.    Ascertain that all MAF data and documents in possession and perusal are accorded the utmost security care and not disclosed or transmitted to any unauthorised person or organisation and kept within the premises.

2.    Work closely with the JTLS Team/PESAMA Staff to collect, compile, update and assimilate the MAF actual and/or Ex ORBAT and Map data.

3.    Ensure that all MAF actual and/or ORBAT and Map data are up to date at all times and maintain their records and documentations.

4.    Assist and support BIT JTLS Technical Team in their data entry of the MAF actual and/or ORBAT, Map data and military terminology into the database system.

5.    Collaborate with BIT JTLS Technical Team to ascertain that all data prior to any MAF Ex are up to date as per the required scenario.

6.    During an Ex, the resolutions/results from the JTLS System are to be defined, analysed and perused before disseminating to the appropriate Players participating in the Ex.

7.    Ensure that the JTLS System resolutions/results during an Ex are provided to the designated Players at the correct scenario timing and present the same to the Ex participants, if required.

8.    Collaborate, assist and support BIT JTLS Technical Team in the operation and maintenance of the JTLS System prior, during and post Ex.

9.    Support and assist the management to develop and maintain a conducive, favourable and harmonious working ambience with the clients and colleagues.
