Through round the clock monitoring, each Internet connection end point is managed and maintained by BIT NOC 24x7x365. A CPE will be provided, together with a 3G/4G backup.


This CPE provides load balancing and link redundancy to ensure link uptime is assured in an event that the primary fixed line is down.


Partnering with Telekom Malaysia, we provide with top of the class Managed IPVPN (IP Virtual Private Network) connectivity to customers for higher performance, line stability and data security.  This managed private network connects all the branches to the HQ specifically for internal applications, and is fully monitored by BIT NOC on a 24x7x365 basis.
