The Service Desk in our Head Office is the hub for our customer service and support. Our communication channels include phone, fax, email and via BIT’s web portal. The center is also supported by our Service Management System for contact management, problem management and resource management.
BIT has an extensive nationwide service centre located throughout Malaysia. The Regional Centres and Major Towns are fully manned by BIT’s trained engineers. Other service centres are operated in partnership with qualified service partners.
The service centers are fully equipped with maintenance facilities such as spares and support equipment and supported through the nerve center in Subang Jaya to provide prompt response and effective service to customers that have branches located within Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia.
We also have closed rapport with our principal vendors (eg Cisco, Microsoft and TM) to ensure a seamless escalation when the situation requires.
