BIT® operates a 24x7 Network Operation Centre for the purpose of remote monitoring and management of our client’s network and system in a secure operating environment.  We use state-of-the-art and established management tools to ensure that the network and systems that BIT® manages meets the required service level.  Automatic alerts can be generated for client’s notification in the event of a breach of service level. Monthly Reports will be provided on the state of health of the client’s network or systems.
